Maxis called me a Liar

I know we all had read a lot of Maxis stories or maybe encountered them yourself.
But I can't help but to share my side of the story.

The "secret" upgrade program happened to me when they started during March.
Maxis called me out of the blue and offered me the OnePlan ( i was on SurfMore 2GB)
They initially offered me RM118 (Rebate RM10) with 7GB.
I thought why not - because my bill was almost that with only 2GB per month.

But like everyone - I was happy to spread this news to my friends but they get calls too only with better deals!
I'll cut this part short as everyone knows the double standards they offered during that time.
Like: RM68 for 5GB & RM78 for 7GB

So I decided to call back to ask if I could get a better package since my friends don't pay so much.
To my surprise they said they found no records offering me the initial package of 7GB for RM118.
But they promised to check again. FINE!
After few days I had a call again - this time they offer me once more.
I told them I was confused why there was no record because Maxis themselves who called me.
They mentioned that there were a few teams who are making the calls and offers.
(Do I really care? - you have to make sure that you do the proper processing after that right?)
NOW - they offered me 7GB + 3GB. (which is better so i took up & agree to it)
It will be activated on the 7th April they said.
Mine me this happened during March before the current 10GB offer which only started during 25th April.

During mid April I still not able to see the 7GB with their confusing 3GB + 4GB la, then pop a free 2GB la then deactivate etc...)
So I called back to confirm on my package.
Again - they said NO SUCH PACKAGE agreed upon, they only offered 3GB + 4GB = 7GB
WT---- !!??
Are they saying I am trying to lie and cheat that extra 3GB ???
They said they can't do anything as they only agreed on 3GB + 4GB.
I was fuming!!
My last resort -- to tell them I had a conversation recorded on my phone on the 10GB agreement which Maxis should have it recorded in the first place!
They asked me to send the recording to them as proof.
(I can't believe I have to prove myself as if I am begging for that 3GB they had promised & should honor!)

My telephone recording with "Angel" (not sure if i heard that correctly but surely not that Angelic after all!) - was sent to them via customercare@maxis.com.my on the 19th April.

Although the 10GB is activated for everyone effective 25th April but Maxis did not reply me with an apology, or admit their mistake until now, despite I have the proof with the telephone recording which they deny & conveniently unable to retrieve!
Unbelievable!

This is the standard of customer service we have for the Best Telco in Malaysia!
Bravo to them !
What can I do? Port out lorrrrr !

How to Upload .3gp / voice file?

So what other way i can do that?
Upload to an external cloud drive?

Hi Experts,

I' ve just got my new apartment around 1200sf - 3 Br
I am totally new to this and I am planing to hire a contractor cum ID to do my apartment.
I have a budget of 20-30K for the below works:

1) Kitchen cabinets
2) Masterbedroom - wardrobe + Flooring
3) Masterbathroom - change tiles & sink + rainshower
4) 2nd Bedroom - basic wardrobe
5) Living room - TV cabinet
6) Lighting for areas including installation of ceiling fans

*only reno for permanent fixtures

Is this possible?
I want to get some opinion before I engage with the contractor....
