Good morning to all kind sir of Lowyat!
I'm still new here so not sure if this thread is still active or not.
Apologize in advance.

My Saga FL 1.6 auto (that white saga with grey and red stripe on the each side of the car) engine started to vibrate strongly few months back. I was wondering if it's time to change engine mounting.

My questions are listed below:
1. How much typically the price of the mounting set and labor? (separately)

My Saga BLM 1.6 auto (that white saga with grey and red stripe on the each side of the car) engine started to vibrate strongly few months back. I was wondering if it's time to change engine mounting. Also the drive shaft got sound already everytime i make full turn towards clockwise direction.

My questions are listed below:
1. How much typically the price of the mounting set and labor? (separately)

3. Is there anything I need to take note?

Good day to all experienced masters!

Sorry in the first place cause I couldn't find a suitable category to post this issue.

I'm in Penang. Recently the my LCD tv screen went bad and I don't know how to describe it (I've attached a picture of it - 2 seconds it's fine then 2 seconds it's bad, this keep repeating).

Does anyone know what's the problem, the previous electronic shop said it's not the T-Con board problem but the panel's bad already and keep asking me to buy a new one.
I'm actually interested to try to fix it myself. And hopefully can find some answer here.

iMac ram upgrade

Hi, recently my office is going to upgrade all of the iMac 2009 one by one, so we send one of the iMac to switch for reformat and upgrade. We usually open up Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Itunes, Web Browser with many tabs inside, Skype, Email.

I was told by Switch 1x4gb ram is RM1k...is it real?
What kind of ram Apple is using?
Can we outsource other comparable RAM or even better but lower cost RAM.
Will it be dangerous to the iMac if we replace ourself?
(I don't really like to mess with Apple since it's quite hard to deal with, not like PC desktop)

Saga FLX timing belt change price?

Hi, my dad helped me by took my car to a service center for timing belt replacement. First time but I didn't expect so much - RM652.80

Just curious and wanted to know if it really cost that much. I'm not the expert in cars, forgive me in advance.

I've just have my car serviced 1.5 month ago. Below is the receipt, is there any repetitive?

Hi everyone, I was browsing through Lelong, I found that price some PC hardware in KL are much cheaper in Penang, especially graphic cards and monitor.

For example, DELL 23 inch S2340L is around 550 where in DELL website, its around 620? Why?

And also, is Castle IT(lelong) ok?

I'm from Penang and need some advice on my first gaming PC build. My advance apologies if i state something stupid here. Budget=RM2500-RM2800, without monitor. Need a build that can last at least 3years

AMD 8-core FX 8350
ASRock fatal1ty 990fx killer (do i need powerful MOBO for future upgrade)
Sapphire r9 dual 270 2GB GDDR5 256bit (I was planning getting the Geforce GTX 960, it is around USD200 but when it reach here it became around RM1k, way over my budget)
Kingston RAM 2x4GB DDR3 1600mhz
Any trusted PSU? mastercooler eh review not very good leh after i checked online. Is 550/650watt 80+ bronze enough?
1Tera WD HDD (i wanna put in SSD but out of my budget d)
Casing, i would prefer a minimalist casing, any recommendation?
Optical disk drive i assume a normal one is alright right?

1. I need to know which store in Penang that is reliable?
2. Are the PCU, GPU, MOBO, PSU nicely fit together?
3. Are the latest model the better? (i'm not really sure about this and it made me undecided on CPU, MOBO, and GPU)
4. I'm ok with Intel base too, i pick AMD because of budget limited.
4. Once everything can be confirm here, i'm going to pick my parts d cause to avoid GST Tax due 1st of April (we do get taxed right?)

Hi Everyone!

I've just bought a second hand Saga FL1.6 AT(mileage around 80k, PKH3XXX), my knowledge about car is not much since this is my first car.

The car performance is good can't complain but I have some question on my car, I purposely register to this forum because of i have search through the forum but didn't really found the answer to my questions. Hopefully by asking straight ahead will get me some clue on my car.(i'm not even sure if i'm using this forum correctly as I haven't use any forum before, sorry if I've made mistakes)

1. First time after I get the car, I put RM60-RM2.1/litre, which get me 275km, 2nd time-same RM60/245km, 3rd time-RM60/300km, fourth time-RM60/280km

60% city, 40% highway. City drive is 40-70kph while highway is 80-110kph...why so much difference?!

2. I've been using Shell RON95 all along, and I just notice there are difference between petrol company and Shell is the worst? is Petron uses Esso/Mobile oil? (base on what I saw in the forum...any advice on fuel selection?)

3. Car jerking(only when reversing and start moving forward) when first starts the engine in the morning. Is it supposed to be like that? My sis's Mazda 2 jerks sometimes, but mine is always like that.

4. The car manual state top speed is at 140kph, and also loud revving is common for saga, but will it wears the engine faster because the revving sound at 3000rpm(around 100kph) seems like the engine gonna jump out of the bonnet?

5. Gas pedal vibrates sometimes when gear changed but stop vibrate after that. Is it just loose or something bad is gonna happen?

I'm dying to know before I head for service and tuning but since don't know any trusted centre, I have to depend in here...Thanks in advance!
