<title>Actual land size able to be used to build?</title>
            <link>http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/3346313</link>
<description>Hi, not sure if this is the right section to ask but my question is what is the actual size able to be used to build a high rise building(more than 6 storeys) on a 40,000 sq ft land under mixed use zoning. I heard there are spacing requirements. For example, after factoring all those requirements maybe only 20,000 sq ft is the building itself? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Any architect or person who is familiar in this can shed some light? Figure need not be exact, a rough idea will do. Thanks.</description>
