Have applied Spigen Screen Protector since Day 1.
Original strap was swapped and kept in the box since day 1. It’s brand new.
Full set with box, charger, extra strap (as per the picture), original unworn strap.

If you put back the original strap and remove the screen protector, you are essentially getting a new watch. No scratches or dings. Worn in office setting only. No major outdoor activity use aside from treadmill. Never touched water as well.

Hi, appreciate some inputs.

I have a family member who did a survey with one of the UOB agents, got a power bank and somehow received a credit card in the mail. All without showing salary slip and etc. How is that possible?

How do we go about terminating the card properly? Anywhere we can lodge a formal complain on this? Seems a bit weird to be approved a CC so easliy.

Need some input. Planning on purchasing an accounting software for a non profit which i help with. I have played around with the trial versions of MYOB and SQL. Currently using Quickbooks, but in the long run i think its costly, as the other software is a one time purchase.

Anyone has any experience in this situation or used a software for a non profit org.

Rats at condo carpark & Damaged Vehicle

I have encountered rats in the car park of my condominium and it has been in the engine bay of my cars. They have urinated and shat all over the engine. Took it to the mechanic, lucky no wiring damages and i had to get it cleaned.

Now i need help, on how i can take action against the management. Making a formal compliant has resulted in no action. They have put up a few traps. I'll give them till monday to sort it out. Anyone familiar with the strata management by laws. Can i report to the local council (petaling jaya in this case)? Maybe bring it to the health ministry.

To all the tech gurus out there,

I have an inspiron 14 5000 series dell laptop (5459), it has a 1 TB HDD.

The laptop comes with an optical drive which i rarely use, so i understand i can buy an adapter (something like this http://www.ebay.com.my/itm/1PC-Universal-9...08f&rmvSB=true) and mount an ssd.

SSD will be for windows booting and all that stuff. Any advice or how to's? Anyone done it before?
