random explorer crash

hi guise, im using win7 professional (x64) for a few months. it was ok so far until recently explorer keep crash when i open "my computer" or "my documents"
basically i still able to work on other softwares, just that things related to explorer keep asking me to "wait respond or restart it". it loads up a cpu core too.

any solutions?
