http://forum.lowyat.net/ Tue, 27 Oct 2026 13:41:08 +0800 FeedCreator 1.7.2 http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/3691307 There is one colleague in my company who i was getting well with but he suddenly ignoring me since Feb this year without any reason. <br /><br />The method that he use to ignore me is by:<br />1) Not adding me into his email loop even when it was related to me<br />2) When replying my email he will purposely delete me from the loop and only reply to my superior and my subordinate<br />3) The document that i put on his tray, he will purposely put it back to my tray without telling the reason<br />4) When we are having lunch in a group in canteen, he will pretend that i am not there<br /><br />His behavior has caused me a lot of trouble as he is our company purchaser and i need to deal with him in purchasing equipment. Beside that, he had been harassing my supplier for not reason. I had inform this issue to my superior and my superior knew this issue but no action was taken from his side and I started to feel frustrated about this. <br /><br />I had been thinking of trying to highlight my colleague superior but the problem is my company is not very big so he is reporting directly to my company managing director.
