Phone not charging not booting

Hi guys,

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 that when I press the power button nothing happens.
When I plug in to USB wall socket, nothing also happens for awhile then a red light will appear.
Usually got the charging symbol appear but now it does not anymore.

I researched on google and I suspect it kena "Hard Brick".
Can anyone advice?
