Can kadazan-sino buy bumi-lot in Selangor?

Hi guys, posted this property talk, but I figured kopitiam might be a better place to talk about race for more vrroom vroom

Recently come across a lelong house, but it's bumi lot, and my wife actually has kadazan-sino in her IC details for keturunan.

It's been rather confusing searching online, seems like no clear answer. Agent also contacting the auctioneer about the situation. Anyone has any experience in case like this?

The lelong unit is a high-rise condo, leasehold at sungai buloh. Even the auctioneer is unsure, and request more documents like ASB and birth certificate, after our agent submit the IC details we obtained from JPN.

co-working space with business partners at home

As title, I recently moved my online business from commercial office to one of my business partner's house. The house is empty, terrace house in residential area in PJ (Taman Paramount). Nobody live there and 5 of us use it as our office and warehouse, we do packing and ship our online order there. And we use it like a normal 9-5 office, come in the morning and leave in the evening. SSM also allow business to be registered at the residential address.

Moving to the house helps us to cut down the cost as we do not need to pay for rental. Can we consider ourselves working from home? it seems like a grey area here.

I would like to ask if it is legal to do so? To setup office at residential area, as we do not want to get ourselves and our business into trouble when dealing with local authority. Anyone has any advice or opinion on this situation is much appreciated

Hi,

im computer noob here. few days ago i tried to boot my asus laptop with usb boots, and in bios i put usb as priority and dvd tray 2ndary, and i forgot to put the rest just in case.

so after that i tried to boot from usb, then this happen, the laptop wont go pass the initial asus logo screen and stuck there. as far as i know, even if the boot failed, it should at least able to access to bios to choose the setting again?

pls help, my laptop is a brick now. its already 3 years plus anyway...

HELP! wisdom tooth removal still bleeding

Yo, while typing this topic, im still bleeding, literally need to spill out the blood (in mixture of my saliva) from my mouth almost every minute....

My surgery was ended on 12 noon jz now....it stop bleed jz now around 4pm, i pressure on the gauze... around 5pm i tried to replace the gauze and it bleed again!

Im waiting my brother home bring more gauze, is it i wrongly place the gauze that cant help stop bleeding?

I need some help, getting late and I dont think i can go dentist anymore~
and i duno where else to post.

Hi,

I have this wisdom tooth problem since long before, but it was like a few days time then it went away eventually.

This time is getting worse, the pain last for a week ady, its quite ok when I do nothing, but I cant really chew food properly. It's at the bottm left.

So, want to ask, anybody can suggest some dental clinic near kelana jaya area? how about the government one in KJ?
Hopefully no need long appointment....

I've been using my comp for 1 year which i got it from lowyat back then.
now im considering upgrade.
however i would like to maximize my money to use on procs/ram/gc performance things
im going to get a new mobo too, but i plan to use the old casing, hardisk, psu n cooling fans
i wonder if like this will have any problem wif the new parts im going to install into my comp? the casing,psu n cooling fan are all cheapo which i din particular picked it and it comes along with my cpu last time. it was duo core back then and now i wan to change a new mobo wif quad.

noob here >.< hope my problem can be answered so i can buy asap

im currently using aztech wl230usb wifi adapter. I've been encountered with the problem of keep dc-ing. Im using a desktop and use a wifi at home. Any recommend for a better brand or model? my bro using laptop has not such problem and the router is working fine.
juz nid some suggestion for adapter,i using this for dota and the problem of keep dc is bothering me...

im currently doing a research of Moral Studies which the question required us to explain the reasons and the way to improve the problematic teaching method of Mora Studies in school and college. I have come out with the reasons such as the 36 stupid nilai and unnecessary project work in the course. However, I duno how to actually suggest the way to improve the syllabus of Moral Studies.
So, if anyone has some suggestion,please help me out. I would like to hear some comment from public about this issue.

My MT2 spoiled...when i use it,only the power light will light up,but there is no sound when i play the guitar.I wonder wad happened to it and where should I go and repair it. It was good working but suddenly become faulty...
