Are JENDELA phasing out copper-based network?

Last week, I had the opportunities to meet up with SKMM state level director to talk about JENDELA initiative in my area. He said that at least by the end of 2022, most of copper-based line premises (VDSL, ADSL) will be upgraded to fiber line (FTTH?). So this means JENDELA is something like a nationwide FTTH program beside those 4G/5G initiatives. Those in suburb/pekan/kampung also possibly could be benefited from this initiative. My questions to those who is familiar with this initiative, how true is this. Do u think so?

Things are those kind of project we can see it's moving though it's slow and late by at that time standard. Like last time I can see improvement from slow Streamyx ADSL (2006) from 1515 dial-up, then it's upgraded to a bit fast VDSL via UniFi Lite(2017). And fast forward today, they're fiberising those lines. Hopefully it could benefit ed those who can't get the taste of modern high-speed internet.

The intro start with a character freefalling inside building? This open world third person RPG game start inside a building and proceed to outside city at night. There's a mechanism where u throw a red or blue pill? into the water body/sea/lake? could dry everything up. I don't remember but iinm a fish could be seen if u dry up the water body.

Also iinm character got yellow hair, i could be wrong.

What I positively remember;
-Set in somewhat like typical east asian megacity
-Start with a character fall inside/outside a building?
-Got an item which (iinm a red or blue pill) where if u throw into a water bodies, that'll dry up the entire water bodies
-can buy item on the street while roaming around

Barely remember, could be wrong;
-Anime looking character/iinm yellow hair (could be wrong)

Malaysian here probably refers to the Malays as they depicted a man holding a keris and cloth common to medieval-era Malay.

If there's a similarity between Malay and Japanese, what's that? I'm thinking of bosozoku and rempit. Lol

Another question, We know Mongol are Chinese. Are Manchu peoples also same as Chinese?
