daily travel around 20mins
not using highways but not sure about if changing the workplace later on
prefer lower cc , maybe around 150cc

Tyre recommenations

Hi guys,

Need recommendations in changing my wife's car tyre.

As per pic, my tyre is manufactured on week 26 year 2013 and it has been 5 years since then.
The tyre never been changed since bought.
Now it making noise while driving especially in high speed.

stock tyre : ContiComfortContact CC5
tyre info :185/65 R15
rims size : 5.5J ET40

1) need recommendations for new 4 tyre
2) any place around KL for good price for those recommended tyre? (including labor cost)

prefer tyre with less noisy/comfort/good in long run
my wife travel with this car everyday for almost 60KM distance.

Hi all,

I’m planning to build a new house with the following specs

- Single storey with 1000sqrtft total area
- 3 rooms with 2 bathroom (1 bathroom in master bedroom)
- Totally built from scratch
- Only 2 bathroom need to be tiled
- septic tank and water tank need be installed
- located not in Klang valley area, Specifically in East Coast area

1. need help for telekom pole relocation..i already called TM and they said need to submit report with picture to their nearest TM point branch..so my question is..how long this will take? is there any of you guys had experienced this problem before?

2. and for next question..is it possible if i ask DBKL to cut down the tree outside my house compound? the tree actually located at my neighbor's outside compound instead of mine...but the branches growing till it blocked my house view and also the bumper road sign there..

Hi guys and sifus, noob question here.

Ok here is my situation

1) Now I own a house Bungalow Single storey type of house current market worth RM200k back at my hometown with no more hutang to bank. Right now rental I get around RM500 monthly

2) I have personal loan of 50k for 10yrs with 3.44%p.a with BIMB (monthly payment RM560)
(I working with OnG MNC company that offers that kind of rate for personal loan for the employees. Lucky?)

My concern is that:

I'm thinking to refinance the house that I own and get the cash from it(90% i guess). Then thinking to use that amount of money to settle my personal loan(50k) with no early termination fee.

And do you guys feel feasible about my plan? and mind to recommend where I can settle/invest the balance after settling the personal loan.

Really appreciate all of your ideas! btw, I'm 25yers old
