BIOS Update Question

Hello Guys. I have a question on BIOS update.
I have Gigabyte x570 Gaming X and I checked it only has the first release BIOS version.
Went to Gigabyte website and the BIOS is due for 6 updates.

Specs:
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
Mem: ADATA XPG Spectriz D60G 16x2
GPU: MSI GTX 970 Gaming 4G
Mobo: Gigabyte X570 Gaming X rev 1.0

My question:
Do I need to update my BIOS one by one for each release? Due to file size difference it made me think that's the case.

Why am I upgrading BIOS version:

Gigabyte is recommending not to update BIOS version if everything is working properly, however it's quite odd that i'm getting 57 to 60 temps on idle using the stock cooler. Have anyone experience this? I have to wait for my new AIO bracket to arrive to test again. But on my GPU i'm getting 90 temps on kombustor which I never experienced on my previous board.

Hope someone can share their ideas or if they have experienced this before on the same board. Thanks all in advance.

Blame IS militants for battle-ravaged Marawi – MILF commander (Cmdr Bravo)

Abdullah “Bravo” Macapaar, commander of the Northeastern-Western Fronts of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF), announced on Thursday that their revolutionary group did not and will not participate in the Marawi battle telling all Maranao people to blame militants of the Islamic State (IS) who planned the battle-ravaged city.

Marawi is now turned into (a) battle-ravaged city described by many as a place turning like Aleppo in Syria and Mosul in Iraq, when the jihadists initiated their plan of taking over the lone-Islamic city in the country for their purported official establishment of "wilayah" or province.

“We can not blame anyone for this. Our children, who are fighting in Marawi, believed that this is their way of jihad [holy war or struggle]. So they withdrew and fought inside Marawi,” Macapaar said in Maranao dialect.

“Make your judgment with your own eyes and mind with the result of what they call as jihad,” he said referring to the initial result of the fighting. “That is their way of winning,” he said.

“(As) I understand it, they know more about our religion better than us,” he said but he can not allow an idea that will “stake the homeland and the lives of many innocent civilians.”

Macapaar described the militants as Ulama or clerics, who are supposed to know more about Islam, but he and (his) organization opposed their ideology after consultation made (with) the majority of clerics in the region.

“The jihad of the MILF is different. This is why I joined the MILF to protect our land, the people and the religion, in general. It is a tool for our people and our religion. The mujahideen [soldiers of Islam] would be the one who will protect the people and the religion. It’s not the mujahideen who will destruct the places and killing the people,” he said.

“They [militants] are not even listening to elders, even to me, who fought for decades for the people of the Bangsamoro, because they are Ulama who are knowledgeable of Islam,” he said.

“Majority of the ulama have said that we are in the right path and the ISIS are (on) the wrong side,” he said.

Macapaar’s public statement was uploaded on social media amid reports from intelligence authorities and information circulated to social media that their forces will allegedly reinforce the militants, called by authorities as the Maute group, who are fighting the government forces since May 23 in the city.

The MILF has signed agreements with the government with pending implementations for the continuation of the peace process.

Macapaar also denied that he was ordered to attack Iligan and other places (like) the province of Lanao del Sur in support to the radicals.

“It’s not true. The MILF is not involved in anyway related to the Marawi Siege,” he said.

“We are asking an apology to the people if we did not participate in the war, despite many calls (for us) to help in the fighting,” he said.

“For me, I just kept in my heart and mind what Marawi (has) turned (into) right now, but I have to follow orders from our Amerul Mujahideen [Murad]. I refused to join not because of I am aiming for leadership or wealth but I follow orders from our leader,” he said citing verses of Qur’an to justify the MILF actions for not joining the battle.

“I cannot support the ISIS, because those militants follow their own creeds and their leaders. They are also the one who called us as kafir [infidel], which has been the reason (why) we did not follow their invitations,” he said.

“What happened has just resulted to destruction like what had happened to other countries where there are ISIS, most notably occurring (in) Muslims areas,” he said.

Bravo appealed to the government to stop bomb attacks in Marawi and Lanao del Sur because the problem (is not) the people but the ISIS, referring to the IS in the country led by Isnilon Hapilon, Abdullah Maute, Omar Maute and Owaidah alias Humam.

“Blame the leaders of the ISIS, the Tausog guy [Hapilon], their leaders in Lanao Abdullah [Maute], Omar [Maute] and Owaidah and others for what they did in Marawi,” he said.

“I was once threatened by the group before the Marawi firefight telling me that there will be a time that they will point their guns (at) me, and I told them also that when that time comes, I will point my guns (at) them,” he said.

Time for the radicals to repent and return to the original principle of Islam, the commander said.

Macapaar also urged local leaders to address un-Islamic practices in the province such as gambling, use of prohibited drugs, rape incidents and other unholy acts that he believed has triggered the jihadists to justify their undesired actions.

“If we don’t change, repent and go back to original doctrines of Islam, what had happened in Marawi could be repeated with much worse (results),” he said adding that “it’s not our enemy who is destroying our homeland but our brothers and sisters because of their (way of) thinking.”

PETALING JAYA: Suspecting that his ex-wife was lying about their daughters’ whereabouts, a father walked into a room to find a man performing oral sex on one of the girls.

The man had gone to visit his daughters, aged 11 and 12, at his ex-wife’s house in Taman Desa Serdang, Seri Kembangan, at about 10.30am on Nov 26.

However, his ex-wife, 45, refused to let him in and told him that their children were away.

Sensing something amiss, the man, who works as a shop assistant, barged into the house and went to look for his daughters.

When he opened the bedroom door, the man found the 12-year-old with her pants down while the 27-year-old suspect was performing oral sex on her.

The surprised suspect fled on foot.

Kajang OCPD Asst Comm Willey Richard said the father immediately lodged a police report.

“We have interviewed the children and one of them revealed that this wasn’t the first time her modesty was outraged.

“She claimed that the first time was on Nov 25,” he said.

The ex-wife, added ACP Willey, had refused to cooperate with police during questioning, adding that she did not believe her daughters.

The girls have been sent to the hospital for check-up.

“We were told that everything is okay – that there is no tear,” said ACP Willey, adding that authorities were tracking down the suspect.

Investigations found that the girls’ parents had been divorced for eight years while the suspect has been living with the woman for the past four years.

Google has patented a wearable de-stink machine.

While the search giant's main efforts in wearable tech still revolve around notifications, head-mounted cameras and smartphones, Google is apparently also experimenting with nasal-based reality augmentation.

Phys.org reports that Google was issued a patent for a device that can be worn on clothes, and improve the odours surrounding - or indeed emerging from - your person.

The gadget, described as a “"odor removing device" and a "fragrance emission device”, would bone able to detect bad smells, de- or re-odourise them. It could also let you know if your friends are nearby, based on social media posts, and help you to avoid them if you’re particularly smelly.

The patent defines:

“A portable device comprising: a sensor operable to detect a physical activity of a user; an odor prediction portion in communication with the sensor and configured to generate an indication of predicted user odor based on detected physical activity of the user; a communication portion operable to access one or more social networks via a communication network, wherein the device is capable of communicating with a social network of contacts; and a route suggesting portion operable to provide a suggested route away from a set of defined persons within the social network of contacts responsive to the indication of the predicted user odor.”

The patent apparently also describes how the gadget could tell when you are working out and pre-emptively work against the inevitable funk before you even know that you smell.

“Once the predictor determines when the user will begin to generate body odor, an optional alert module located within the device may alert the user of the situation and let the user know when the fragrance will be emitted. The user will then have the opportunity to override the impending fragrance emission, based on the current circumstances of the user. For instance, the user may be planning on showering immediately after the physical activity, and therefore may choose to reject the fragrance emission.”

Needless to say, the existence of this patent means almost nothing as to the likelihood of Google ever selling such a device. It’s more likely this is just something that popped up inside its R&D labs, or its April Fool's day joke brainstorming session, and is theoretically valuable enough to be worth protecting.

Still, there is at least a prospect that you might one day have a watch capable of making you and the people you love stink slightly less, and that can probably only be a good thing.
