How to Reset or Reformat my Samsung Galaxy Phone?

Hi all,

My Samsung Galaxy S2 can't seem to download anything now.

Google Play Store has disappeared or unwittingly deleted, maybe some other apps too, I don't really know

So, how do I get back Google Play Store app back to my phone?

Can I set my phone back to factory default and will the original apps be back? How to do it?

Cannot type anything on my Galaxy S2

I just finished keying in a new phone address when I got this error message:
Unfortunately, Android keyboard (AOSP) has stopped.

Now I can't key in anything at all as this msg keeps popping up whenever I tried. Tried rebooting the phone but still doesn't work

Any ideas guys?
