buzzing sound from amp

after i plug in my guitar to the amp and i turn it on, i can hear buzzing sounds from the amp unless i mute my strings...
i thought that was supposed to be normal till recently i tried my guitar on someone else's amp and there was no buzzing at all!
i tried changing cables but it did not fix the problem.
So is this buzzing sound supposed to be normal?

Are the tabs in those books definitely 100% correct?

pinch harmonics

Help with Tomcat

Hi guys, I have a jsp page which has dynamic content.
It retrieves its contents in xml generated from a file located on a different server.
The problem is, the content is meant to be dynamic but the old content keeps appearing unless i restart tomcat.
How do I solve this problem?

Hi guys, I'm relatively new at Java, need help with this one.

Let's say I have a query "SELECT * FROM TABLE"

Then using a recordset, I retrieve the values.

CODE

try {

while(rst.next())
{

System.out.println(rst.getString(2));
}

} catch (Exception e) {
System.out.println(e);
}

Let's say I have table values:

ID NAME
-- ------
1 A
2 B
3 C
4 D

The while loop starts to display starting from NAME = 'A'
then while the loop is running, and I delete let's say, where NAME='C'.
After displaying the first 2 records, when the loop reaches the entry where NAME='C', it is unable to find that record in the database and returns the "Before start of result set" exception.
My question is, how do I set it to move on to the next record without any exceptions?
