I see a lot of people don’t understand what is self defence, self defence is only legal when ur physical safety (body) is threatened and such threat has to be life threatening, not merely physical assault. Similarly to provocation, come on, its logical that u don’t have to kill someone just because they provoke u by words.

The same applies to police, police can’t use deadly force if the person is unarmed or if armed, but the threat is minor. For example, deadly force can’t be used if the person is merely armed with non-lethal weapon such as baseball bat, wooden stick, short knife etc because they are generally not lethal.

When the offence is not punishable by death, regardless self defence or not, deadly force can’t be used. So when a person’s death is caused under such condition, the person causing death will be liable for murder;manslaughter. Applying to the incident, nothing suggests that deceased action was life threatening and obviously road rage is not punishable by death so in conclusion= u know the answer.

Bincangkan, I for 1 disagree and against the view that says what they do behind closed door is none of our business, as long as they can get the job done,

A lgbt minister can never be representative for the people as majority of the people are straight and normal, doing so may undermine democracy. None of the bs of diversity in democracy, it wasn't even considered as a class of people to begin with.

Lgbt people think differently which means in future there might be laws passed for approval of lgbt or even lgbt “rights”. Main belakang is a distasteful act which is wrong in law and religion.

quota system is widely used for, by foreign unis, to maintain the quality of their students where only the best are given a place in the uni. it’s the best way to ensure the uni remains competitive by filtering out the “bad oranges” from entering into and thereby contaminating the existing students. why is this not supported by many?

most /k misunderstood the purpose of quota system, it serves as quality control of the graduates by reducing/setting/maintaining the allowed number of graduates each year. for instance only 1000 places are allocated for medical course, in doing so, would ensure the quality of graduates as they would be competing for limited places instead of applying under general admission which most of the time have higher admission rate because lower benchmark is introduced.

Hiya, bodybuilding subforum’s been quiet and I need a quick answer so I’ll just ask here.

Ok so I was on mass gainer few years ago without any problem and has since gained 5kg of muscles, it was all good n beefy til I gained more than what I needed so after a short while I stopped taking it. Was 58 during this period.

Later in time, I’ve been in and out of the bulk/cut phrase without taking any supplements, basically relying on whole foods. Tried keto and dairy/gluten free diet as well which has successfully lowered my BF. After that I was back to 53kg which was my starting weight before going into BB. It annoys me so much when the shirts that I’ve not been able to fit now they fits me perfectly.

Now I’m back on the gain train, started taking mass gainer. But this time, it makes me bloated and gassy which is annoying cz I keep letting off gas in inconvenient time. Also, I’ve been in and out of toilet this morning upon checking I found that my poops turning darker each time. Does anyone know what’s going on ?

PS4 or gaming desk if sole purpose is for gaming

As far as I know, to build a low-mid end gaming desktop with a somewhat “decent” gpu costs at least 2.5k, not to mention gaming laptops r ridiculously ex which often do not reflect in the spec given.

While ps4 is cheaper but I can’t afford to play new games every month as well as paying premium for online service.

Stop overusing and misusing car signals to prevent damages to the indicators stick. I just changed my indicators stick because it was malfunctioning and loosened, the mechanic told me that it was caused by overusing the stick. He told me to only use it during emergencies for example, overtaking on highway or making a quick turn at junction.

Just now kat mekdi when I was about to reverse out of parking, assuming no car was behind so I reversed it hard then suddenly this one tiny little car appeared out of nowhere and then the guy in the car horn furiously as if I was deaf.

Although, I admit that I didn’t not check the rear mirror before reversing as I was in a rush but he shouldn’t have reacted that way.

I feel very angry right now having recalled the incident. What should I do ?
