I plan to hack and relevelling the kitchen and dining area same level as the living area. But some contractor said there may be some problem due to the footing and rc bean undergroung and may cause the wall crack in future. What is the first payment term? I heard it&#39;s 30% for contractor to order materials, is it reasonable?<br />2. how many % should I hold after the job completed and for how long?<br />3.
