Change name in IC(MyKad)?

Hi. I'm turning 19 next year, and just converted from buddhist to christian.

Q1) If I gonna change my name, let's say for example..
From "Kwong Ah Kau" to "Michael Jackson Kwong"; Will my name on IC will appear like "Yap Ah Kau @ Michael Jackson Yap" or without the alias? I mean like I want to REPLACE my original name rather than to ADD ALIAS?

Q2) Since I have the baptism certificate, will I need a lawyer to settle everything else for me? Or can I settle it with the JPN by myself?

Q3) Does it requires a big amount of money to settle this? Like maybe thousands of ringgit?

Q4) What documents I should bring to JPN? And what's the procedure? (Haven't renew my first IC since 12YO)

Q5) How long should I wait for the new IC?
