This is one of the diff between well established car dealer than those only wanna sell car CCP brand.

OMODA C9 OWNERS & PARENTS — PLEASE READ (CHILD SAFETY AWARENESS)
I’m posting this because I’m still shaken and traumatised, and I don’t want any parent to ever go through what I experienced.
On 18 Jan at Mytown Basement Parking, I stepped out of my Omoda Jaecoo C9 to get the stroller from the boot. Within moments, the car suddenly locked all doors, trapping my 2-year-old toddler inside, together with my bag and car key (inside my bag).
I was alone, panicking and crying. We could not unlock the car. In the end, a kind stranger had to break the rear window just to retrieve the key and open the door. My toddler was screaming and crying, and after about 15 minutes without fresh air, he showed clear signs of heat distress. The trauma affected both of us, and until today I feel anxious even driving this car.
I took the time to write a very detailed email explaining everything that happened and clearly asking for a proper technical investigation and explanation. Yet all I received in return was a reply telling me to refer to the owner’s manual. (Screenshot attached — details blurred.)
The email also stated “as discussed”, but there was no proper discussion — they only called to ask how long it took for the car to auto-lock, and that was it. For a situation involving my toddler being trapped inside the car and suffering heat distress, this response is extremely hurtful and unacceptable.
This feels like a child asking a teacher a serious question and being told, “Go home and read the textbook.”
Except this was a child safety emergency.
I am requesting a proper response from Omoda & Jaecoo higher management, not another manual reference. A manual cannot explain why a car locks with the key inside, and it cannot undo the trauma my 2-year-old went through. I am asking for a real investigation, a detailed written explanation, and corrective action to ensure this never happens again.
❓ Any Omoda C9 owners experienced similar “auto-lock with key inside” incidents?

Sifu sekalian, anyone have idea how much roughly it will cost to waterproof my bathroom floor? let say around 6ft x 7ft.

Im having headache of complain of leaking from my unit downstair.

This is the 2nd complain, last was 3 years ago and I water proofed the old way ( remove tiling reinforce water proof the old way).

SRC International Trial:
Najib faces charges of money laundering totaling RM27 million.
He is accused of receiving the funds at AmIslamic Bank Bhd’s Jalan Raja Chulan branch on July 8, 2014.
this is the one that got him jail.

1MDB Trial (Second Case):
Najib is charged with four counts of using his position to obtain bribes amounting to RM2.3 billion from 1MDB funds.
Additionally, he faces 21 charges of money laundering involving the same amount.

Third Case (with Tan Sri Mohd Irwan Serigar Abdullah):
Najib and Tan Sri Mohd Irwan Serigar Abdullah are jointly charged with six counts of criminal breach of trust (CBT).
The charges involve RM6.64 billion of government funds and were allegedly committed at the Finance Ministry Complex, Putrajaya, between Dec 21, 2016, and Dec 18, 2017.
All charges under Section 409 of the Penal Code, read together with Section 34, which carry a maximum penalty of 20 years’ imprisonment, whipping, and fines upon conviction.

1MDB Final Audit Report Amendment: (4th)
Najib is accused of using his position to order amendments to the 1MDB final audit report to avoid potential legal action against him.
The alleged offense took place at the Prime Minister’s Department Complex in Putrajaya between Feb 22 and 26, 2016.

Charges under MACC Act 2009: (5th)
Both Najib and former 1MDB CEO Arul Kanda Kandasamy are charged under Section 23 (1) of the MACC Act 2009.
The charges carry a maximum jail term of up to 20 years and a fine of no less than five times the amount of gratification or RM10,000, whichever is higher, upon conviction.
