Motosikal Bajet Suggestion

Hi n hello,

WTA - Suggestion and review for current best bajet motosikal (2018).

Im a newbie rider. Currently ride Kriss 100 to work, pasar etc.
Wanna feel also ride higher tier bike (dah lama ngidam).
Mainly not for ulang alik kerja (bcoz ofis from home 10 min only),
but if saving, nice n easy, why not.

But plan to use for :

-balik kampung 2x/month (Senai - Muar),
-balik Kemaman Tgganu (skali sekala) (JB- Kemaman/Muar-Kemaman),
-jalan2 anywhere ambil angin,
-suka2

If can get bike that:

+Save more money n time than travel with car,
+RM10k below (klau boleh la)
+250cc la if possible,
+can go faster than car's 120kmh (my kancil go 120kmh also feel kesian fr him)
+prefer used (murah sikit),
+easy n cheap maintenance,
+no worry if buy 2nd (good rep+), no need repair much,
+no worry to ride far2 away,
+nvm naked or wear pants,
+nice looking is a +,

Currently use kancil, sometime ride bus to balik kg. Sometime Monday morning (5-6am) baru balik Senai to work, rushing bcoz punch at 8am.
kdg2 jem and miss till 8.30 - 9.00am.
If possible, using this bike can move around 6++ am without worry jem and save travel time.

after finished, dat counter guy asked for my IC, then he photostat it together with latest page of my ASB book.
also ask for my phone no.

i done it once/ month (since sept 2016), not perasan if memang they did it before as procedure.

is it normal ? if normal, what for?

i heard people say better going for r9 280x than gtx770 due to its price and higher 356 bit..
why so many people selling used r9 280x rather than gtx770.. something 'wrong' with it?
