Looking at so many cyber crime and hacking ... I would to suggested all hackers and programmers should registered and being monitored as they are as dangerous as terrorist... imagine a country using electronic to functions and one bug or virus software could lead the lrt to harewire and crushed when automated systems do out of norms.

Not to mention, so many facebook bully with take account and fake news... All this are potential threats not just to individual but also country security.

Workforcism (Not really a new idea but..)

I call this Workforcism (Don't know what to call this idea- Idea from Stephen Hawking .. one of his movies)

Workforce... Should youngster age 18-25 being put under heavy/hard jobs such as farming, repairing (basicly cheap labour work), waiter, cooks, etc

Then continue to be put as management side as they age.

This will make them understand the toughness of the cheap labour force first hand. Be Thankful for the life and understand
other people hardship?

As they age, they will understand all the manual side including repairing and all basic about the profession and become managerial
side.

And when they age till 60, they will become advisory in side management.

Then all age will be given salaries they needed.

There will be no need for foreign labours to come to take away our jobs. And Not just physically strong at young age but mentally strong when they get olders.

Education will be provided by government at all levels using part time studys.(The educations fees will be deducted from salaries by the government accordingly)

Medical benefits will be given to everybody with subsidy like HongKong.

Job allocation should be divided accordingly by the government to ensure there is no excess/little workforce in all of the sector field required.

It will be like an ANT COLONIAL LIFE which is perfect society ever.

There will be no possession, no rich, no poor as we live like ant.

An idea that might change the worlds... who knows...

LLC Development Sdn Bhd Deposit Terms

I pay RM5,000 for deposit for a Townhouse and the salesperson of LLC Development Sdn Bhd said if loan disappoved I can get back my deposits...
However I didn't notice the deposit letter stated that I unable to get the refund of the deposit despite the disapproval of the loan. I feel cheated by this developers.

At most I will lose RM8k on this matter but I'm not happy about it.
Any advise on this matter? Can I sued them?

I don't feel like buying from such dishonest company even I could afford. I admit I did not see clearly the term on the deposits.

Please advise.

I want to create a team to build such websites to help the poor on decision making on purchasing daily goods.

But I know this will not make any profit and just for testing purposes.

For those who feel suicidal for getting low Grade or less A or you feel stupid for unable to enter universitiy. Don't feel stupid.. in fact you are more clever.

What I learn in university is opportunity costs, then I notice I wasted 4 stupids years study for a stupid paper which worth nothing. Salary is far below those sell chicken rice, chop chicken in market, sell DVD cetak rompak etc.

Before I went to university, I able to buy a house at RM150k.. but I notice after gratuating with a stupid paper... I unable to buy a house because the property already grow till RM400 - 800k.

How stupid are you to go university.

Another thing I learn in university is calculation loan interest and repayment. Then I notice by going to University I stupidity loan PTPTN (a stupid graduated with a huge loan, no income track record and low pay salary with no experience.

Comparing to a loser failed their spm chopping chicken or selling chicken rice. They already purchase a low price property with a lot of working experience and already a BOSS.

My advice to the young is ... If your father is not rich... DON'T STUDY!! WORK AND BUY PROPERTY.
