Connect HyppTV using Repeater Router

Hi,

I've two routers, TP-LINK TLWR841N and Tenda AC1200.

My TP-LINK is upstairs, connected to TM Modem.

Tenda AC1200 is downstairs (repeater, universal mode) connected to HyppTV STB box.

If I'm correct, it should work but I'm getting error when I test network connection on HyppTV. Central Connectivity and Multicast Connectivity are not working.

Any ideas?

HyppTV cannot connect via wifi?

Just had a chat with TM's technical assistance but did not get any solution to my problem.
TM tech said HyppTV can only use cable to connect

I did test connection on my HyppTV and found that only 'central connectivity' and 'multicast connectivity' are in red. Trying to connect via wifi.

Any suggestions to the problem above?

What's Tuhau?

Unifi Cancellation

I registered for Unifi via their website. The technicians came to my house yesterday and worked from 10.30am - 4pm and told me that they cannot configure what is wrong. They told me that they will come back tomorrow which is today.

They came back today again at 10.30am and worked through 4pm. Told me that they cannot install Unifi because of some wiring problem, said that the internet and Hypp TV works but the connection is SLOW. They told me that they need to report back to the centre and a representative will call me again to schedule for the THIRD visit.

I just called TM Unifi and they gave me a reference number. Told me that it will take them 7-14 working days to get back to me on the third visit.

I am very irritated as I had to drive to and fro during work for TWO days to let them into my house to install my Unifi.

Question: Can I cancel the Unifi? Will they charge me for that?
