Gaphics card problem!

Hi,
i have this graphics card which i bought few months ago.
I believe the condition is still good,
but this problem occurs quite often.
"The nv4 - display driver has stopped working normally"
I duno whats wrong with it.
This only happens when i am playing games.
Besides,
the other problem i am facing is,
when u are currently playing a game,
the whole game suddenly turns into blocks and weird shapes,
as in the whole graphics is ruined.
But after i ALT+TAB to the desktop and back to the game,
it recovers.
This only works once,
the 2nd time i Alt+tab,
my display will automatically turns into smaller resolution and 256 colors mode.
Weird.

Checking File System

I have properly shut down my pc and there is this "checking file system" everytime when i switch on my pc.
How do i prevent this from happening again?

Pc Blue screen and Restart while gaming!

While i am playing CnC3, Crysis or Rainbow Six Vegas 2,
My Pc always gets blue screen and restart,
is it considered as crash?

I have tried running Windows Memory Diagnostic too,
it appears that i have one test which FAILS
I dun quite understand this process,
If one of it fails, how do i know what to do?

Please, i Need help.

HELP! MSN PROB!

Help is strongly needed!
Everytime i sign in MSN with my account,
my pc auto gets into Blue screen and restart the whole Pc.
But when other users sign in with my pc,
the problem doesnt occur!
What does this mean?
