I intend to redo my old house. Do u have experience in removing existing old wall paper ? Usually how much does it cost ? Also , how much it is to repaint after remove of the wall paper ? To save cost , If I just remove without repainting would it be very ugly ?

Dear Si Fu out there , need ur advice below :

My family bought a 600k 800sqft condo from SD. The workmanship is sooooooo bad ! The wall and ceiling so thin that I can hear my upstairs neighbour walking and even turning on and off the switch, so clearly ! My neighbour (which is few unit away from ours with diff layout) only have single thin layer of bricks wall at the balcony , it is so dangerous .

I wonder Any possibility to win over the developer and ask them to redo the ceiling in my unit and brick wall at the balcony In my Neighbour’s .

Is it good to invest at 50th high floor ? Will tenant choose lower floor over 50th? No great view like KLCC . Just mixture of normal high rise 15-25 floor and some landed property , far end are some mountain .

I intend to buy a small condo minimum unit for investment , but it is a west facing unit . This is my first investment ,I got no budget for larger size unit and all small units are facing the west . West facing unit it is good for investment eg renting ? Is there any method to compensate the west facing heat ?
