Hence, I'm looking at approaching hair saloons.

What's the best way for me to structure sales commission rate? Any advice?
Ship products to Singapore

Hi everyone, I'm selling handmade products and I'm using both Instagram (advertise and direct orders) and Shopee to sell my products.

Someone, from Singapore reached out to me purchase the products I'm selling. So, the first thing I need to do is to set my product price in SGD.
Secondly, how do I get the person to transfer to my business for the order?

I'm planning to use gdex, it will cost around RM 50 for delivery. Any advise?

Moved out before contract expires

Hi everyone, I've been renting a place and I signed a one year contract for 1/09/2021 to 31/08/2022. I had to move out by end of April 2022 and I have informed the agent earlier. The agent is weird, never gave me the owner's contact details since I moved in and I've been dealing with her all the time.

Anway, I've told her a month earlier that I have to move out earlier and will it be possible for me to get back the deposit. She then replied to me saying that the owner agrees to return 1 month deposit.

Hence, I've moved out and did everything she told me to do. Clean and the service air cond which is done. Paid of all water and electricity bill too. Send to her the receipts as proof of payment.

It's been two weeks since I've passed the keys to her and she's not responding to my messages on returning the deposit. I don't want to be harsh but what can I do now?

Debt with Digi, strike of company sdn bhd

Hi everyone,

I need your advice on this matter that I'm facing.

In 2019, I accepted to help my friend (let's call him A), a foreigner, to register a sdn bhd company.

So there are two directors, me and another guy (let's call him B). A and B, are related.

I'm supposed to play the role of a silent partner, and since I'm a Malaysian it helps with the company registration. B is a foreigner too.

I had access to the bank accounts, and that's pretty much about it.

Last year, I received a call from Digi's debt collector that there's a RM 17k debt registered under the company's account. B left Malaysia, and A is still around. A is willing to help, and before I came to know about the RM 17k, A had told me to close down the company to avoid any unwanted issues.

There's no escape from the RM17k since, although B opened an account in Digi without my knowledge. This amount needs to be paid at the end of the day. I want to know the consequences if this amount doesn't get resolved or if there are any ways to solve this.

A is willing to help, but RM17K is a huge amount. I was in the process of striking off the company, and now I'm wondering if I should proceed.

I need your help to advise me on this matter.

CIMB Loan, Personal Express Cash

Hi everyone, I have a personal that I took in 2018 and the details are as below:

Loan Amount: RM 47,800
Interest Rate: 18.62%

Monthly Installment: RM 1,230

Loan Tenure: 5 years

Outstanding balance (as of today) : RM 39,030.79

I did opted for the 6 months moratorium and I've paid in total RM 28,294.27.

I have the money now to make a full settlement and I've called up the bank to ask if there's a rebate given. Feels so unfair to pay the balance interest rates for the upcoming year when I'm not even going to pay monthly anymore.

I've called them twice it's hard to speak with them. Can someone advise on how to go about this?
