Salary not as Expected

Hi all. Before joining my current company, we have a mutual agreement on my expected salary. However, after a month joined here, I found out my salary as per payslip is +-100 bucks less than my expected salary. May I know is it because of i'm still in the probation period? Will they increase my salary after my probation? Tq in advance.

Resignation

Hi all. I need your opinion regarding resignation. I got an offer from other company. When I checked with HR, offer letter is ready only waiting for signature from their boss. Since I have only one month of notice and they expect me to join on 6th May, should I tender my resignation while waiting for the offer letter?

Hi all, I have some questions to ask about probation period. Appreciate your help and answers very much.

1. My boss verbally told me i already been confirmed but yet receive the confirmation letter. Can I apply AL as my comp dont give AL during probation? (no black and white means not confirm yet??)

2. If one day I received the letter, as long as I'm not going to sign it, is it mean that I no need to give notice if wanna resign? (during probation: 24 hours notice)
