Computer auto restart after 1 sec of switching on

i just assemble a new PC, it was all right after i install yesterday night, so today i tried to switch it on, this issue start to arise

1. When i switch on the computer, everything was power up, but there was no display on my LCD, so after 1/2second of power up, the computer auto off and it restart by itself. After the restart there is no display.

i been trying to figure out what is wrong, i tried checking every point and i dont see there is a problem with it.

Anyone has any idea what might be wrong?

Your help will be greatly appreciated

Anyway, this is my specification of my computer

E8400 processor
Asus P5QSE motherboard
2 x 1GB Kingston Ram
Asus GTX260 Graphic card
Corsair 550W PSU

ATI Radeon 9800pro on CS:Source

Hi Guys,

Im planning to get CS: Source. but my graphic card is Radeon 9800pro, be able to run smoothly at 1280x1024 resolution?

Need some comment, if not i better be off playing CS 1.6 which is not graphic demanding

and do i need Half life CD for installation? or just the CS:Source or the CD: Anthology will do?
