How to avoid business secret get know by staffs ?

Dear all,

I have been long time never open a topic to ask questions here, anyway, need some opinion from you guys.

Business industry will be keep confidential here.

This is not an online marketing business, mostly is based on my sales executive to approach local retailer to co-operate with my company. However, client are require to email the order to me. This business is target to high volume of customers, but low profit margin. To be more specific, I form an example :

There will be average 30 different order from different shops (whole malaysia) email to me everydays, each of the order only able to give me net profit RM15 (after deduct sales executive commission, and delivery expenses). And I need to email every order to my supplier everydays.

Sales is not a problem here.

Situation : Before I forward to my supplier, I need to check every single customer order information, whether they email me correctly or not. Because if information going wrong, the products will be waste. Therefore, sometimes need to call the customer to confirm the information, as to ensure everythings are perfect before proceed.

Problem : You can consider myself is lazy because I don't like to handle those checking and emailing job. However, to do those checking and emailing job, it can easily waste me 7 - 9 hours non stop per day.

Solution :
Think to hired admin/clerk to manage my checking and emailing job.
- Disadvantage / Risks : If my admin/clerk are SMART enough, she may steal my every clients and co-operate with my current supplier. This is my main concern.

The business secret is not mainly my client base, as client can be found anywhere, because it is a common products, is demand by many people. But the most important business secret is my Supplier. I cannot let anyone know who is my supplier. (Note: That supplier is unable to find if online search, and somemore not many people knowing it)

Question here :
How to avoid myself doing those routine job or without let my staffs know my business secret (my supplier) if I hired an Admin / clerk ?

LAN icon missing

Dear all,

I'm using Windows XP, desktop, streamyx wifi modem. Everythings is fine from to time, but today suddently the LAN icon missing when I shut on my CPU. I check the network connections in control panel, it is totally empty. And I can't online from my CPU. (Notebook wireless are fine, as now I'm using)

Looking forward to someone who are willing to give me advice on how to get back my LAN.

Epson R230: Paper out or not loaded correctly

Whenever I want to print document or anythings, this error will come out "Paper out or not loaded correctly". Sometimes the paper not going inside, sometimes the paper going into half and stop.

However, the weird part is when I print Nozzle check, there is no problem at all ! I can only print nozzle check but others things cannot.

I have tried use different type of paper,and also try put 1 paper, 5 paper, 10 paper, 20 paper to try but all doesn't work.

How to solve it ?

I click "make titles or credits" then "add title on the selected clip" then I type my text and change the text colour. But it will change the colour of whole text, cannot change particular text colour, such as 1st line of text is red colour, 2nd line of text is blue colour like that.

Sales company help you to sell your products

I'm wondering is there any company will hired some good salesman, and their nature of business is to help other people(company) to sell their products ?

For example:

X company got 100 salesman (X company is totally no products, there only provide service)

Y company got some unique products.

Therefore, X company will arrange some salesman to help Y company sell their products and there will be profit sharing.

This concept is just like sometimes, when you are eating inside the restaurant, some people are coming to ask you for donation. And the people is actually not from ABC orphanages' home or XYZ old-folks-house, there are from a company who help orphanages's home and old-folks-house to go out look for donation only. Then the company will have profit sharing (donation money) with the orphanages's home and old-folks-house.

Just wonder, is there any company will help others company to sell products ?

I try reinstall Microsoft office 2007 but it does not solve the problem. And I try google it, the results is only show solution for Microsoft office 2003 but not 2007.

As what I know from their agent is, minimum invest for 1 plot is RM17000, return after 3 to 5 years (capital gain+dividend yield) will be around 500% to 900% of the RM17000.

By the way, this company investment scheme is without SC approval. The reason from them is this scheme (UK land investment) is not in SC field.

Anyone has experience or idea with this ?
