Finding miniature house set (~RM50)

Last 1 or 2 month ago I went popular book fair 2012 @ klcc then I saw 1 booth got sell some miniature house with character and stuff like dinning table, kitchen, bathroom.. The material macam some thin plastic or paper and have to fix it yourself. Price is around rm50 like that.. Got few types of house 1... so can I assume this thing is available at popular bookstore since it has it in the recent book fair?

George Town to be car-free on Sundays starting Dec

The reports add that trishaw riders who register with the Penang Tourism Department, which is headed by state executive councillor, Danny Law, are set to get a RM20 bonus when they participate in the campaign.

This follows on other reports that said that the trishaw riders had rejected the RM100 aid to be dispensed every two months, and had wanted a monthly payment of RM60 instead. Guess this new deal should cut it out fine.

Network card issue

Hello,

Note: I am helping my friend to troubleshoot his network card (virtually).

Recently his computer kena lightning strike and the build-in network card fried (the motherboard) and it's not working anymore. Afterwards he get this external network card, but after plugging in it can use for once and fail to be detected by Windows 7 32 bit after a reboot or shutdown. He has to re-insert the card back in order to be able to use for once.

Things that he had tried:
1) Update the driver to the latest version.

Please help.

Hi guys,

How can do we actually find out that which party (between a Hotspot AP and user) is experiencing bottleneck for the wireless coverage (e.g. signal strength). Is there any software or way we can check on that? I drew a picture below to further explain my question.

The picture above is showing that the user signal are able to reach the hotspot AP, but the hotspot AP is unable to.

Viva rear wiper

Anyone know where can I get the refill (preferably silicone) wiper for the rear? The size I got from my measurement is 11.75" (not sure if 12" can fit into the frame or not, since there are two "wall" at the end of each frame that prevent the wiper from going "oversize").

Another thing is, if I were to get a 12" wiper with frame, is it possible for me to fit it into the rear wiper?

I am driving a Perodua Viva and going to change to a Pioneer head unit (DEH-5250SD to be exact). So the question is, will it fit perfectly into my Viva head unit slot? Because that Pioneer head unit seems slightly bigger than the stock head unit of Viva. Hope someone can clear my doubt.

Proxy within another proxy

Hi,

The scenario is like this, to use internet connection provided by my university, your browser must first connect to a proxy server (e.g. 10.2.1.4) before able to connect to the outside world.

I was wondering that if it is possible for me to another external proxy server? Since browser like firefox allow me to connect to a single proxy server.

Example: Me > 10.2.1.4 > 202.58.56.127 > Google.com

FYI, the computer in my campus no not allow us to tweak the OS LAN properties.

Any Acer Aspire 4920 Windows 7 users here having difficulty in finding the working webcam driver for the laptop?

Acer driver page only have Windows Vista drivers but not Windows 7.

I tried install it in compatibility mode for Windows Vista also won't work.
