Storage Devices Transfer's Speed Became Slow

Greeting to fellow forum-ers. Thank you in advance for willing to read my thread and/or replied on it

As per title, I have problem(s) transferring files from different drives to different drives. Speed only capped at around 60-70MBps

but, i'll put details of my computer/storage devices here first:

1 - So, last week. 9 Nov 2020 on noon I'd initiated a files transfer from one of my HDD (G-L) to 10TB Iron Wolf (F). HDD to HDD. Started out ok, 120-150MBps write/read. and all other drive pretty much same. 100MBps++

2 - Around midnight, halfway through the files transfers I'd noticed speed became slow. 60-70MBps. I'd thought it was due to high temperature after continues usage for few hours. I'd paused the transfer. Shutdown the computer for the night. All files that need to transfer are big file, around 300MB-2GB+-.

3 - 11 Nov around 4pm i'd tried again after long pause. but, speed still stuck around 60-70MBps. I'd suspected the drive ( Iron Wolf 10TB / F ) probably is the cause. I'd checked using Crystaldisk Info and didnt found any found on SMART Analysis. Tried using Crystaldisk Mark and noticed the speed decreased when increased sample size of benchmarking.

4 - Tried to defrag all drives other than C ( since its a SSD ), still doesn't solve the problem

5 - Tried to long format Iron Wolf (F), doesnt work as well.

6 - Tried short tested and extended test using GSmartControl tool. Short test ok, extended test all stopped by itself after 30 min+- through the test.

7 - Log wrote this:

8 - Tried to changed HDDs position physically on the HDD's dock/bay incase the culprit is the external device. still same issue.

9 - 14 Nov, yesterday noticed the problem spreading to different drives as well. literally all drives facing same issue. 60-70MBps for inter-drives transfer . doesnt matter from where to where. all stuck at 60-70MBps. tried pretty isolated External HDD ( never connected to current pc for weeks ). 8 November did big transfer to my different drives speed still ok. 1xxMbps

p/s: Unfortunatly, doesnt have 2nd pc to test, no nearby friend to test. PKPB, cant go out to test on my friend's computer

can i ask something?

I bought Hotway HDD's enclosure ( as in pic ) , using 3 HDDs

I tested before using USB connection, all detected.

But when im change to eSata, only one HDD detected.

Im done some read up, eSATA required my eSATA interface card supports Port Multiplier.

Im using Z87 Impact, checked manual, no further explaination about eSATA.

What keyword I need to search in google because im kinda stuck here. haha

Hi, may I ask something?

I have one HDD 3.5' .

Model : WD RE4
Capacity : 4TB

Somehow, because of my mistake, the plastic attached to sata pin is broken, may i know if i still can claim warranty, or repair it under WD without damaged my data inside? ty
