Hi everyone , i hope someone can enlighten me..(sry if grammar error)
Below is my story , so please guide me , just a page of words but nearly describe my 1 year +

I just turned into 20 yrs old , my qualification only SPM . I worked for site clerk and q.s assistant in construction company for 1 year . Then after rest for 2 month , i started working in IT company until now .

Let me describe myself , before i finished my study , i think my interest is computer ( but didn't aim any path of it ) . Now .. about my company , the company only with Boss , 1more indoor technician and then its me , i usually handle outdoor customer . My company job scope mainly is Maintenance of existing customer with monthly maintenance contract . Morelikely in hardware / software troubleshooting only .

Probation period is 6months . Starting salary is 1200+200 allowance , i have to say that i worked really hard during probation period , because the company is small so that boss can see me and can increase my salary .. due to i am really fucked up that my previous salary is 1400 in construction company for last year . After probation period , my salary raise to 1400+350 , and yea im preparing to jump , i did interview with a company of nearby which offered me 1700 (after confirm is 1900) , before the next day of working in new company (my boss find me and offer me rm2000+350 & and accept my request as gaining commission for jobs(my included maintenance) , then i turned down the new job ( i know its suck but im just looking for something that can change my life , and at least.. boss realize me.....)

Now my problem is my boss is giving quite much for a boy without any certification , i can get 2.5k+350allowance monthly , i do happy but here come my concern .. my job scope is still the same .. doing hardware/software troubleshooting , setting up printer or something like that .. of cos i hope i can earn big income due to my background , i nid to support my mom , my family .. but if i worked for 3 years or more.. my skill stucked here .. i have to admit my troubleshooting and setting up skill all learn myself from internet or self-try .. so if i wan to earn more and take more from boss and not feeling shame .. i have to do something for the company

Thus .. this is the 2nd time , resignation come to my mind .. this time i plan to jump to sales executive of a timber floor company .. and the salary is sucker than current unless i hit the sales target ( reason i didnt find IT related cos i really dont have direction ) . For me , IT u need to keep on upgrading urself , i dunwan after 3 years i go to interview other it company .. and tell them my salary is 3k but i only know some easy thing.

Then.. i ask boss whether he can enlighten me a direction anot .. so here are the 2 choice ..

A. Change life , start from zero , jump into other industry , more pressure , more competitive(i like it) , more motivation to push , and worked for last month.

B. Stay , boss asked me to do 'R&D' for company , and hire another guy to takeover my jobs

I describe myself as a guy that love to work hard earn more , dislike take more and do not much things bcos this is shame , independent or teamwork also good , can talk , very patient guy and wont show any temper infront of bad customers , dun mind alot jobs as long as i can schedule myself , like to learn new thing or more advanced knowledge.. not bad handsome.. (im only 20yrs old , but my mind and pressure is like 30yrs++ , i cant go to college like others , just have to keep myself up)

And then .. can ya please advise that should i stay since my boss look highly of me?(看得起) , or duncare if he use me anot
Now myself should stay and improve myself like go to weekend class(i did find segi but ah...) , seminar and try all the best to show some result for boss , for company or ...?

Also.. i didnt what should i aim , i told my boss this company can try aim server/advanced network for next routine to expand bcos if i resign , my boss hire a new employee , the new guy just doing the things i have done .. mostly i feel sad for my boss and company cos it always stucked in the base .. ( stuck hire a new worker then worker get bored and he resigned .. boss get new again ) this is the cycle for the company and boss , thats why i hope i can learn more and make something big for the company , my boss treated my special than the previous worker .. even a 2 year worker get salary of rm 1800 .. i request myself bcos i think i worth for it ..

I don't know what to say already ..
Maybe this is the end ..
Please advise me further part time study/course is the best for me in such situation .. thanks everyone ..

Sharing issue

Hello everybody , i will try to state my problem below ...

Let say 50 computers are using a program shared by the server

Program folder is located in server's Local Disk C:\C\ProgramFolderName\ProgramName

Server name is Ibmserver and IP is 192.168.1.100

Every computer created a shortcut of program from \\Ibmserver\C\ProgramFolderName\ProgramName

Then every morning , there is 1-2 random computer can't open the program , after key in the id & pass , prompt out to delete the shortcut.

Method i tried :-

1. Reinstall Kaspersky
2. Reshare the folder
3. Reformat Server

But then every morning there is still 1-2 complaint that can't open the program . Then i tried to create a shortcut to server , so they will have to key in the id and pass by open the shortcut to server , then double click the 'C' folder , an error occurred described at below :

\\Ibmserver\C refers to a location that is unavailable. It could be on a hard drive on this computer, or on a network. Check to make sure that the disk is properly inserted, or that you are connected to the Internet or your network, and then try again. If it still cannot be located, the information might have been moved to a different location.

After this happen , i tried restart the computer and then open the shortcut to the Ibmserver , sometime the C folder is working again .. mean program is accessible , sometime still can't access , even after restart for several times , still the same thing.

(Here is another method i tried to access and it worked for SOMETIME only)
That is WIN+R -> 192.168.1.100 -> key in id/pass -> able to access to C , then i change the program Target from ibmserver to 192.168.1.100 , it worked.

Then if both ibmserver and 192.168.1.100 also can't , the only way i can do is wait for 1 hour ++ , then it is accessible again ..

Server's sharing limit is Unlimited , or maybe server busy because of so many connection come in once

Server connection speed 1.0Gbps

Hi , my CPU is AMD Athlon II X2 215 ( 2.7 Ghz )
Mobo is MCP61PM-GM
GPU is Sapphire Radeon 6670

I saw other can even play Battlefield 4 with his Radeon 6670 and a better AMD Processor like AMD Phenom II X6 1045T

And i cant even play CS : Source , CS : GO is ok if play de_dust or de_dust2 , other maps like cs_assault make my pc freeze , have to cold reboot

Any suggestion to upgrade my processor to a better 1 ? How is the differences?
And is it necessary to update my BIOS when install new processor?

Halo everyone , i actually owned a msi ge60 2pe apache pro but then realised it is overkill for my games ( dota 2 and csgo ) . I plan to sell it ( used 3 weeks ) and buy a laptop budget around 1.5k - 2.5k and able to play dota 2 (highest setting) and cs go (high setting) , 1920x1080 resolution

Personally prefer macbook Air or other thin notebook ( lightweight !! )

Please advise me should i sell my msi and get new 1 or just used it .. ( feeling abit waste since i only play that 2 games .. although really like the steelseries keyboard and ips screen )
