Hi, I'm one of the purchasers who proceed to purchase a property (Semi-D Cluster) at Bandar Baru Setia Awan Perdana developed by Setia Awan.

I am keen to open a thread about this project (Updates etc.)

For those who are new or unaware of this project, I've compiled whatever I know about this project.

As of now, I know that Phase 1 is completely Sold Out. Phase 2 is ongoing.

Hi, i have an Iriz 2015 & it will be arranged for servicing soon. May i know is there any recommended workshop that can service Proton Iriz? No more warranty & i am not planning to service at the Proton Service Center anymore as the cost is a burden financially. I live in Klang Valley. Thanks!

READING FLOOR PLAN

Hi.. wanted to survey this area... been reading through the floor plan but i don't understand one thing..

How can i get to total square feet of the house?

I know this floor plan is in mm.. so, i divide by 1000 i get meter per square.. Then i convert it into square feet for height and length.. So.. do i times height x weight after i converti from mm to sqft?

Please advise. Thanks!

Currently, they are selling Shock Absorbers for Sedan cars and 4x4 Suspension Kits.
