Investment estimation would be between 2million to 3 million. Contracts will be drafted out by lawyer. This investment is suitable for investors with extra cash.

The main purpose of this thread is to share business/start up ideas, as well as discussing the pros and cons of the business. I am sure that a lot of people that has reached certain age would have thought of starting a business, but have no idea about what business to start. Let's hope that this thread can serve as an inspiration and motivation to those individuals.

P/S : I am anticipating that a lot people will tell me that no one will share their business idea.

Well, business idea doesn't mean it has to be something totally new, it can be an improvement from current business modal and etc. Most importantly, it has to be reasonable and it can be achieved.

Let's start with me sharing something that I thought of recently, but something that I wouldn't be able to do it.

Burger Stall

Well, everybody knows that Burger Stall has very low start up cost. But do you know that it can actually rake in quite a lot of profit? Imagine you are selling RM5 for each Burger special, and if you sell 100 a day, that's RM500 a day which is equivalent to RM15,000.00 a month. So, the question now is, how can you do differently with a burger stall?

Have you guys heard of Chequers? The recent trend where you put a piece of steak/chicken chop in the middle of waffle. Why not the same concept apply to Ramly burger? I think that this idea is quite unique to burger stalls, and by offering both traditional Ramly burger and Ramly waffle (Or whatever you decided to name it), people will choose to come to your stalls as competition are quite intense between burger stalls.

Rawang or Puchong

Hi guys, I'm actually in a dilemma. I have two choice now. Rawang or Puchong. Both property are at Rm400k. Both are double storey terrace

1. Saujana Puchong
-10+ years house
- need quite a lot of renovation
- very small toilet(all 3)
- old design
- not G&G

2. Bandar Tasik Puteri, Rawang
- new house(just VP)
- new design
- not much renovation needed. Just need some basic items
- G&G
- location wise, very ulu unless wait till Lowyat group fully develop the place and Later interchange done.

Please give me some opinion. thank you
