Remote CCTV issue

I have a cctv running at [192.168.1.58] on port 9099 and i notice the setting has a column called SERVER PORT : 6036.

I have port forward both 9099 & 6036 and verified they are opened using http://ping.eu/port-chk/.

Access cctv in lan is totally working fine but access from outside it failed until i have to enter [192.168.1.58] as DMZ host then only it works which i dont want to do so.

All guru can lend me a hand ?

One more extra question, when i tried to access router gateway using tmadmin/tmadmin is working fine but when i tried to remote access to router gateway using public ip i tried to enter tmadmin/tmadmin it always tell me authentication failed. I really scratched my head on this. Router model is DLINK DSL-2640B from tmnet i guess.

Hi all , i am currently repaying a 470k housing loan with interest 4.2% for 35 years.
I wanted to buy toyota vios worth 93.2k in mid of the year.

My question is should i just pay 10% for the car downpayment or 30% ?
Alot of my friends told me I should only place 10% for the car's down payment while the rest of the money should dump into the housing loan account since the car interest is just 2.42 % and housing loan is 4.2%.

I understand but if 10% down payment , my repayment amount for the car will be around 1k. It will be quite difficult for me to loan for the second house since my commitment will be RM2160 + RM945.

If i put 30k as downpayment , my repayment amount will be RM712.

Which option should i opt to ?

add on : currently i am saving RM5000 per month.

add on question : should i opt for 5 , 7 or 9 years repayment period ?

Hi all LYN sifus,

6th April i went for interview in INFOCUBED as a SAP BI BW junior TECHNO specialist. however no reply from them and i thought i was fallen in the interview. 2nd of May i started to work as .net programmer in a local software house major in web developer using vb.net + ajax.

today infocubed called me up and ask me to join them because they want me.

P/S : i am fresh graduate.

Infocubed : 2k for the first six months and adjustment will be made after six month training.
software house : approximately 3k and this is what i want .... front end and backend programming ...

however, SAP can generate great income.... which one should i choose = =

Hi all,

would like to ask how to deal with jquery UI draggable plugin ?

for example , i load a list of item (subject and student), both items are draggable.

I define a pool such for subject : such as ( Mathematics) and student ( A,B and C)

when user drag student A to the Mathematics pool , i will do something to it.

I have no idea as i seen from the example is just simply drag for appearance but no real meaningful action in behind.

hi all....

i want whenever a txtEmail lost focus ... it will call server side event eg: CheckEmailExists instead of waiting a [submit] button hitted to fire the checking.

Anyone can help ? please dont ask me to client side validation as i need to query database to get result.
