            <title>Topup RED App via Online Banking option issue</title>

            <description>Hi admin,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yesterday at 9.06pm I topped up my hotlink account using HOTLINK RED App and chose the online banking method. I chose Maybank2u. The transaction appeared successful but the credit doesn&amp;#39;t goes into my number. The amount was RM30 was successfully deducted from my bank account. I&amp;#39;ve also received notifications via SMS and email from pay@maxis.com.my that the payment status is successful. Refer to attachment for all transaction details. Pls advise how I can get the app to show my credit of RM30?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thank you&lt;br /&gt;[attachmentid=10296491]</description>
