Hi guys, as per title. I just understood that if name too clean, difficult for bank to give car/house loan. Kesian baru tau.

Other than credit card, is it personal loan can improve credit score? Any advice?

Different banker gives diff advice.

Hi, i want to buy instant water heater, without pump. never buy before this. live in apartment n no issue with water pressure. budget less 350

Im eyes on panasonic model but got 2 types. 1 no filter and 1 built in filter. What is the different?

If no filter, i need to attach external filter? If built in filter, do i have to replace it?

My house got air karat in the morning. Which 1 is suitable?

I would like to understand about dental posting (FYDO/NDO) in MY from those who has the info.

My quest is, for example, im doing FYDO/NDO in selangor. Once i finish 1 year compulsary service, can i apply dental officer in selangor, or im not allowed to apply in same state?

Hi, where do u guys buy EO? Can recommend me any shop around KL or ampang pj cheras balakong that sell below than RRP? i go thru this forum thread, some suggest buy at tesco but no shell brand.

Im looking for Shell Helix Ultra 5W-40 for my next service..RRP at service center is RM260, chepeast i found at other workshop is RM230.

Then i found online shopping price around 170-190. But some of the info at bottle label is written in thai font, manufacture at hongkong. Is it okay to buy this?

currently im doing mini size online buss through soc media as part time n side income. selling small n medium size bag from mainland.

after few months why not i do direct selling, gain contact n to find more exp. but im not sure bag is interesting enough to attract buyer. target area to sell like open car park, foodcourt, carboot sale around KV. previously i work as waiter n in retail.

around rm500 to start.

why dont customer buy at shop instead of buy from me?
