Hello i'm new in this section. I have 2 HP printers: 1. HP Laserjet 1000 series 2. HP color laserjet 2600n.

both cannot function as usual now. First talk about the laserjet 1000 series, the paper cant seem to roll smoothly. The paper will get stuck in the middle so wat i have to do is to open to cover and pull the paper out everytime. Then i do not know wat happen to the left printer head. Everytime when i print sth, sure the left hand side of the paper show a very big bold line, means around 30% of the paper from left cannot be read and it's all black! It happens to the color laserjet too.

Can anyone help? I need to find some shop to repair them else it's very waste to leave it just aside. I've been caling HP center about this. They said they have minimum charges of Rm300 (not include spare parts yet) which i think it's very expensive.

Hope can get some guidance here.. TQ
