Is it wise to...?

Just want to hear your opinions for this. I bought my Iriz 1.3 for 2years at this point. It really has good comfort for driving in its price segment. However, as we all know Iriz has worse fuel consumption. My average has always between 350-440km per tank.

I was thinking to either downgrade to 2nd hand car in terms of cost like both installment and fuel costs.

My current monthly is RM416, I was eye-ing Hybrid Jazz 2011-13 model which costs around 25k+- with around RM330+- installment. And since its hybrid I heard can save lot of fuel consumption around 20km/l.

So my question would be, is it wise to downgrade to this car?

Hi guys, I planned to play my Nintendo Switch games with my partner. Since we're muslim it's better to go to public places so we don't get "accused" of doing something since people being too judgemental these days. With that, can someone recommend me perhaps cafe around KL/Selangor that perhaps have some comfortable seats for us to enjoy gaming? Preferable not to play at mamak lol. I have my own game so not intend to go to "gaming cafe". Thanks

Just wanna ask dumb question, if we change the steering, which in my case from Iriz to Saga's, the airbag safety should still be function as usual right?

I've finished my degree back (my major is business mgmt / investment management) on 3rd quarter 2020. I've been struggling working a decent payout while doing a huge amount of works in which I don't think it's worth the hassle. So far I've only experience in working being admin officer and retail working.

I tried looking internet for jobs that can help me in terms of financial and career build. I was thinking to try any data entry jobs but most of the company in local looks skeptical. So anyone here experienced looking/doing data entry from international company? What's your thought about this. Thank you in advance

Matriks to 2nd intake UiTM

Got offer from Matriks although I don't wanna (because my parents ask me to).. Since UiTM didn't accept me in 1st intake,if I pick Matriks and then later I get offer for 2nd intake, am I allowed drop Matriks? Sorry for my bad english tho

iPhone 5S Used or Refurbished?

I planned to buy iPhone 5S when I got some cash this March, my friend want to sell his iP5s for RM800 after using it for 2 years. If I buy from him, I worried that 2nd hand iP5s will become slow/weak battery life.
Meanwhile, I don't even trust refurbished iPhones (unless it has great reviews by people buy from them) but refurbished are usual around RM1200+ if I'm not mistaken... So sifus, which one is better? This is going to be my 1st iOS device tho

Building a mid-range gaming PC

Hello guys, I was planning to build a mid-range gaming PC that can handle all modern games on mid settings if can. I'm not planning to change my graphic card and HDD. I thought I wanna go for any AMD 4-core processor (Don't want APU) over Intel i3 due to many games that need 4-core. and I'm also not planning to overclock the processor.

My current specs:
-Intel Core 2 Duo E4300 1.8Ghz
-ASUS R7 240 DDR3 2GB
-2GB DDR2 RAM

What I need to buy : AMD 4-core processor (cheap as possible), 4GB DDR3 RAM, Mobo, PSU and some fans - around RM1000

Anyone can suggest? Sorry for my broken english and thank you
