Powerline/Homeplug for Phone jack

Hi all,

Does anyone know where I can powerline/homeplug for telephone (those blue TM phone or wireless phone)?

And, if it works with the the main line on ground floor while the powerline (with phone) is at 1st floor?

Anyone used the above before?

Staircase - Hardwood Flooring

Hi peeps,

Does anyone know where I can buy hardwood flooring for the staircase's tread? I need about 23 pieces of it for my staircase. Am attaching 2 images as an example.

Where can I get a good deal to purchase and install? What sort of wood is good for staircase, eg. Merbau, Nyatoh, Balau, etc (there's so many of them - which one is good for a normal house)? Location based in Shah Alam, but don't mind visiting showrooms/factories lot in PJ, Klang, Puchong, Shah Alam.. asalkan in Klang Valley..
