J&T Sent My Parcel to dont know where

I bought something on Shopee, and it uses J&T delivery services by default so I biar saje as long as the product can reach my workplace, but then few days have gone and suddenly my products show to be delivered. I issue a dispute on Shopee but Shopee said since the seller has sent out the item then the seller will no longer responsible for the goods. So now I'm abit lost, I should be contacting J&T most likely but can they retrieve back my parcel? or they will just ask customer to accept a lost?

there is no calls for me regarding the delivery to my house and who could probably receive the item? thought they need to verify phone number or IC number and sign?
its my first time facing this issue...

hope someone who knows this able to tell me what can I do next to get back my parcel.

As a fresh Grad we were given a year of grace period for us to find job before we have to start paying what we owe.

But now I have enough money to settle the debt right now, but my friend told me to just follow the repayment plan that the government have created for me instead just throwing in the 30k straight, and the 30k can be used to do other things that could that would generate some side income for me to repay the PTPTN debt.... (he say let the government earn the 1% interest also la since they so broke dy)

I'm abit confused of wut to do now, need some advice form all the ktards.

So my grandparents have a few properties around KL and it is inherited under my name (I was the only grandson during that time).
Recently I have struck a deal of selling a piece of land near titiwangsa and I was planning to use some of the money I gained from selling the land to buy myself a house.

If I were to use full cash to pay for the house, I know income tax would certainly come and knock my door but will I be in trouble?
I scare new government abit kacau on these things and ask me pay huge tax

I planning to buy a 600k condominium near sentul..... in the age of 22...

but now I'm having difficulty in choosing between 2 Options...

1st Option - KENWOOD KFC-XS1703 Speaker with PIONEER TS-WX130DA SLIM UNDER SEAT ACTIVE SUBWOOFER

2nd Option - Pioneer TS-Z65CH Speaker with Pioneer GM-A6704 4 Channel AB Amplifier

Anyone who knows about Speaker would give me your recommendations?

Question about loan (car loan)

Imma fresh graduates and jobless for 3 months, finally found a job for a 6 months contract (probation period), if I pass probation then they buy me in from the agency. but the office is 30km away from my house, and can't be access by Public Transport. No cheap houses are nearby as well as it is an industrial area....

Want to apply auto loan to get a car, but not sure will bank approve loan since I'm having only 6 months contract, but I need car to go work, Grab too expensive....
You guys know the approval rate for auto loan? (want to borrow 30k from bank for a car).

Looking for a chair for myself with a budget of 300, searched online and saw all the chairs pricing at 600++.... why office chairs and gaming chairs sooooooo expensive.... planning to get myself some Chinese brand gaming chair but i doubt it would arrived as it was shown in the picture... IKEA chairs are kinda overprice too... i sat infront of my computer roughly 5 to 6 hours everyday. been using plastic chair all this while but getting really uncomfortable recently... any help?

So TM have announced that they will increase the speed 10x for new and existing unifi user, TIME posted in their social media they gonna have some great deal coming up as well.... Maxis Fibre seems chilling only with no news.... i wonder will Maxis take the same steps as TM for their existing user as well...... ?

the LG G3 which i bought have only android system of 4.4.2 while others phone i saw now having 4.4.3
does the android version of G3 stop at 4.4.2?? or will it update to android L in the future? for now the updates i got is now LG UI update about apps enhancement but not the android software update anyone help?
