Anyone know someone who can do side panels for the wardrobe ?
I have a 8 x 8 meters wardrobe, but 2 of the side panels has not install by the vendor that I bought with, due to factory did a wrong size.

Let me know if you know anyone.

About Tenancy Agreement

Hello brothers and sisters, recently i have rented out my service apartment unit.

About the Tenancy Agreement, once we (landlord & tenant) have signed it, i just have to visit any LHDN branch, and stamp it to make it as legal document ?

Will the LHDN accept it ?

Apartment unit rental, the maintenance fee,utility

Hello brothers and sisters, i'm going to rent out my Apartment unit.

usually do people include the maintenance fee in the monthly rental fee?

or the maintenance fee usually is pay by the tenant ?

because i'm renting it at RM1.5k, it is the market rental price for this service apartment.

I have a service apartment unit to rent out, if i go thru lawyer side and draft a contract, it will cost me money.

Browser suddenly has no connection

My wireless connection is connected and able to play the online game, and i can browse any website.
but somestimes when i browse website by using google chrome or mozilla firefox, the connection wont run, only the online game is running.

Anyone know what is the root cause of this issue, and how to fix it ?
