I plan to sell a apartment, which i bought more than 5 years
1) How long will i able to receive the full payment/cash from buyer (if he getting loan from bank) after he verbally agree to purchase my property?
2) How much down payment the buyer should give to me?
3) If i sell through property agent, how much % need to give the agent?
4) Will it be simple/easy if i sell the property not going through agent?
5) Any pros and cons of using agent to sell property?
6) Any expenses need to consider when selling property?

How to manage cash for 6 months backpack travel

I got plan to travel Europe, Korea, Japan maybe for total of 6 months next years.
Maybe 3 months europe then 1 month korea 2-3 months japan, accommodation sure will be using cheapest backpacker dorm
Will be my first solo travel but i dunno how to bring the money for those 6 months expenses.

1) ATM withdraw from oversea - 1 time max RM5k withdraw problem, exchange rate not good, extra charges
2) Travelers Checks - how good is this never try before
3) Bring a lot Euro Cash before depart from KL?

Please advice

PSN product code redeem problem

I received a psn product code to redeem online item for online multiplayer game, but this code stated can only be use for Hong Kong Taiwan Singapore psn. Now problem is my online game Id using japan psn, if I use Hong Kong psn To redeem I suppose the item won't share or reflect to my japan psn? I tried using japan psn to redeem but failed.

How to resolve this?
