Ford Fiesta VS Proton Iriz VS Kia Picanto

Hi All, I'm looking for a city car for my wifey...
Criteria is as below:

1) Hatchback
2) Safety rating 4 stars & Above
3) Low Maintenance
4) Good Handling (Subjective)
5) NVH Good (Subjective)
6) Used but not more than 2 years old
7) Budget RM30k to RM40k

So far Ford Fiesta S 1.6 (year 2014)/ Kia Picanto (Year 2015)/ Proton Iriz 1.6 premium spec (Year 2015) falls within the budget.
Priority will be safety as we may transport our baby around the city. And my wife wants hatchback because is easier for her to park. Boot space is not a concern as I'm driving a Sedan.
we are inclining more to Iriz (able to fulfill criteria 1/2/3/4/6/7, but I heard Picanto NVH is much better than other 2 cars. Any thoughts on maintenance of Picanto and Fiesta?

Hi guys, not sure which thread i should post this question. If moderator thinks it is more suitable in another thread, please feel free to move my topic.

Anyway, Im trying to sell my car thru Mudah.com. I got this from a intestered party saying he/she is interested to buy my car, so I asked him/her to come and view the car and what she replied after my mail seems fishy. Here is her reply below:

I have googled around, and it seems this "Oceanographer" career excuse was used alot for PayPal transaction.

Hi all, anyone knows where to get electronic /battery powered turntable? I want it to display my Lego Death Star which weights around 8.4kg.
I went to Sg Wang but all they have which can support only 200gram below
