Quick Pos Laju Q

Hi guys, not sure if this is the right place to post this but I was just wondering if someone could enlighten me regarding the Pos Laju services. I am trying to order some vape/e-juices from the US but unfortunately Brunei customs tend to be really strict when it comes to anything related to vape and I have even tried disguising the items as aroma therapy juices and etc. but somehow they still manage to confiscate it all.

My question is that I've heard that it is possible to avail Pos Laju services where I can pick up items under my name from let's say a post office in Limbang. However, I was told that I would require a Malaysian with a Malaysian address to initially receive the package and only then would they be able to Pos Laju the package to me. Just wondering if my understanding of this is correct and if not maybe someone could help clarify further.

Also, if anyone might have any other ideas on how I could somehow get my orders to at the very least reach Limbang that would be great as I would be able to personally drive there and pick it up.
