I was reading a no. of threads (between latest to page 4 or 5) just to understand more about pricing and method as well as some inspiration.

I do notice something;

there's a no. of new member that will post 'I have a friend' or 'I have a contractor that just completed my house', followed up by 'their workmanship, price is very good'

it is as if their purpose of registering themselves here to promote their contractor (So hardworking and honourable)

can we trust them or are they themselves a contractor?

Renovate my house

Bought a house a year ago, just collected key a week ago. House in SS18 are quite old in my opinion but good location. I have a budget of RM180K for renovation and furnishing, what can I spend? Back extension only or front and back extension? RM30K enough for furniture and fittings?
