Just recognised a new bf..

He is good looking. The problem is, almost everyday he wan sex 2 times or more ...( I stay in his condo, we are students)

And the sex duration take long time,1+ hr... initially, I do enjoy. But, I. Think a bit too frequent ...

Is it normal? He is 21 only.

If I don't let him, I worry he will find other gal.

I have quite straight teeth.... At least many people saids that, some even suspect I wear braces before (which I didn't )

I still have overbite, most likely skeleton jaw line, will braces help to fix it ? Or any solution ?

Having mortgage loan, not very happy wit them. Lousy service, loan manager never answer or reply call. Especially with the recent increase of interest rate, I decided to switch to government loan.

From Public Bank mortage loan change to government loan, what is the procedures? Do we need to engage lawyer for that ?

I am a normal gal. My bf looks OK. (some said handsome)

Previously, there are a few gals like him,but nothing major...

Recently,he recognised a really handsome and rich friend. HE drive Audi. The Audi guy treats my bf so well. He bought movie tickets for us, fetch us to cinema. He always walk in front, open doors for us. Treat us meal. His eyes looking at him, full of "love & care".

* I read my BF phone messages. Audi guy send shirtless pic showing off his body . He even send his Dick pic , but claimed send wrongly. And even request to see my BF dick, jokingly since he saw his.

My BF also got a new Iphone 6 plus fr. this guy ( I presume) so he can contact him easily. The new phone, I m not able to access.

My bf purposely went to tht guy university to watch his basketball match. (he is never a sport guy, just to show support as friend?? )

*I think my bf knows it, but he seems like enjoying it.

What should I do? I have been wit him 6 years since secondary school.

My uncle just got govt project... LOW COST flat.

He already paid 10%,4500. But, now he called said wan to reject due to expensive Maintenance fee. (RM105)

It is Penang mainland project, non prime location. POSSIBLE to complain to reduce the maintenance fee? If yes, How and where to complain? RM 105 is expensive for low cost flat.....

*own stay
*59, single, no income.
* flat is NEW project,45k, maintenence +sinking=RM105. (not KL)
*600 Sq feet, 2 lift. Playground. Thts all

my uncle is 60+. Recently, he got a low cost govt 16 floors flat. Due to his age, he is allowed to choose ground, 2nd,3rd, or 4th floor.

I have a housing loan with a local bank semi flexi @4.45%. The lock in period has ended.

I m considering to change to government loan @ 4％.

1. Worth to change? Does govt loan provide flexibility too ? Semi flexi etc。 Can I pay more if I wan for govt loan.

2. The procedures to change.

3. The house may need to sell later. Is borrowing govt, made it difficult to sell because of the slow procedures？

Help! Suspicious potential tenant .... Thief?

The potential tenant didn't come, ask his siblings to come view the house. They are I. (agent bring, though I told before don't wan I)

I ask to take photo of the house. I allowed. However, I noticed he only took pic of furniture, fan, crystal light, house from outside. HE Never take room PIC UNFURNISHED.

They just take pic and left.... Never ask anything...

Can this be a theft? How to prevent it?

The house is almost 11 years SEMI-D. The rental is not good, cover barely half of the installment. (Now, vacant)

1. There is a bit of land (full of grass) beside the house... (400 Sq feet)
- Is it recommend to cement it? (since grass growing ... that time purposely left it.)
-Can cement DIY ? Is it recommend to do so ?

2. Upstair bathroom, I worry it will leak water. (old house). Cheapest method to prevent it ? Put a layer of glue?
