Standalone structures and Awnings?

Hi Folks,

moving from singlehood into familyhood which leads to the interesting world of property with endless possibilities... as far as limited budget can reach that is.

Some folks with house with land have standalone structures like car shelters or sheds or gazebos considered under the awning rules or is there a separate rule book for unattached structures?

Some folks enclose their awning area into workshop/garages/storage/sheds of sorts...
is there any rules governing this?
when is it too much? (partition walls? brick walls? windows?)

would be great if someone could point to some reference for MBJB area... if not, general discussion would be interesting too

would like to ask if there is any Single Din conversion panels for the 1.3 SE LB original radio system?

based on description... this item would work for 1.3 SE Lagi Best model?

Will this item work for a Single Din also??
thinking of using the extra space for an extra chubby hole to put barang...

will using that Double Din casing player with a Single Dim player and Single Din storage pocket have any holes?

Myvi with Side Airbags & VSC and TC?

Hi to all!

i'm looking at the Daihatsu Boon which i believe the current Myvi is based on?
Daihatsu Japan Boon Specification (Translated to English)

it has features like VSC (Vehicle stability control), TRC (Traction control) and also Side airbags (on top of the front airbags)

since theres 4WD conversion for the Myvi (also from the boon), any idea if any of these 3 features can be retrofitted onto a current gen 1.3SE for better safety?
