Question about GST

Hi all Sifu,
back in 2016, I registered an enterprise company, and applied GST.

I've submitted my GST report through agent, and business went down thus not using any agent to submit my GST.
and then my stock was messed up and i didn't submit GST for almost 12 months, trying to shut down the company but one of my customer who holding my consignment stock refused to purchase the balance and wanted to bill monthly.

so i leave it running but didn't submit GST, and yes you guess it right our beloved custom "estimated my GST to pay around 6k up to date" and i didn't pay for that.

now they sent me this after sometimes...

Semakan ke atas akaun GST mendapati pihak Y.Bhg Dato’/Tuan/Puan, masih gagal mengemukakan penyata mengikut tempoh bercukai yang ditetapkan.

Mengikut Seksyen 41(1) Akta Cukai Barang dan Perkhidmatan (ACBP) 2014, "Tiap-tiap orang kena cukai hendaklah, berkenaan dengan tempoh bercukainya, mengakaunkan cukai dalam penyata sebagaimana yang ditetapkan dan penyata itu hendaklah dikemukakan kepada Ketua Pengarah mengikut cara yang ditetapkan tidak lewat daripada hari terakhir bulan berikutnya selepas berakhirnya tempoh bercukai orang kena cukai itu yang berhubungan dengan penyata itu".

Kegagalan berbuat demikian merupakan suatu kesalahan dibawah Seksyen 41(6) ACBP 2014 dan tindakan mahkamah akan diambil sekiranya disabitkan kesalahan, boleh didenda tidak melebihi lima puluh ribu ringgit atau dipenjara selama tempoh tidak melebihi tiga tahun atau kedua-duanya.

Justeru itu, kerjasama Y.Bhg Dato’/Tuan/Puan dipohon untuk mengemukakan penyata dengan kadar segera. Kegagalan Y.Bhg Dato’/Tuan/Puan mengemukakan penyata akan menyebabkan tindakan undang-undang diambil termasuk sekatan perjalanan oleh Jabatan Imigresen Malaysia.
