Issues with sloped house

Came across a house for sale which is on a slope.. where the garage and hall is in ground floor.. and you to take stairs down to the kitchen. Which is also on ground level from the back. Because the land is sloping downwards. Apart from feng shui issues and poor resale value, will there be any scientific problems.. i was told that the kitchen wall might get moist overtime since one of the wall is on the soil. The shaded part is the cross section is soil. Anyone had came across similar properties with such issues.

I have been in relationship with a girl for last 4 years. Although there are some usual relationship quarrels once in a while,things were going preety great. Around 4 weeks back, she came across her old school crush in fb. And then she told me she wanted to go meet him personally. At first i was reluctant to let her go alone but still i thought i should not stop her from doing whats she likes to do and i trusted her fully.after that she has been going to meet this guy once every week now.. she even mentioned that she regret not meeting him before knowing me.. she keeps telling that he is just her friend and all. But the way she talks is been different since she met him.
Im having a feeling she is trying to choose between me n him now. Should i just keep like normal or should i do something about this?

Was planning to buy fz150i for my daily work commute. Suddenly my fren said the motorbike no kick-starter, if battery flat cannot start. Is it true?? How frequent does ur electric starter fail u. Do you really need kickstarter??

I current driving my alza from my house to workplace which is around 60km journey two way. From seremban to pd. Since the fuel price increase, Im spending around rm 360 per month just for fuel. I was thinking about getting a 150cc or 250cc bike to work. Because can use seremban-pd highway for free if motorbike. Currently using old road because driving.

Concerns
1) is buying a 150cc bike worth saving the petrol price?
2) is it safe riding 60km in motorcycle everyday.
3) next year our financial level will be affected pretty badly,will maintaining my car become a burden then? Next year my pay probably be around 2.4k.

My gf recently diagnosed with pleomorphic adenoma. Biopsy result came as benign. Doctors suggested to remove the whole salivary gland to prevent reoccurrence. Anybody went for surgical removal before. Please come and share here. Will be a good moral support for my gf.

issues after lumia cyan update

I'm using Lumia 620. Successfully updated yesterday. Seems like some bugs noted.

1. Unstable internet connection. Cannot search even though connected to home wifi
2. WhatsApp slow. Clock logo shows up even when posting text only. N takes minutes to post pictured ( maybe due to internet issue)

Any other abnormalities faced post update? Which was not there during Lumia black

Experience same issue many times. I already perform reset. The update download until 22% and then it say,
" the update couldn't be downloaded ( 801882d1 ). Any solution to this issue. I want cortana also

Im a physiotherapist. I visit nursing home to provide physio services. Today somebody just sent by an NGO to the nursing home. He come with cement cast on rite hand ,on rt leg and cast around his stomach. Asked him what happened to u. He didnt tell anything. Later ask the NGO ppl, the say he attempt suicide from 14th floor of his apartment. He landed on roof of a car.( most probably god car). Fractured his hand,leg and spine bone. Now he regret doing so and say he made mistake to god. Now only realise god still god plan for him. And cry lor.. I just advise him how to take care of his legs and back.

Conclusion:

14th floor also not solution. /k are wrong al this time.

Went to perodua service centre to claim my windshield insurance. Notice so many people come and keep asking to see perodua axia. But they go back after realise the physical car not there yet. Not everybody booking the car blindly,but at the same time can see alot of people interested to see the car? Marketing trick?

Im driving alza. Car age 1 yr 2 mnths. I just applied for winshield insurance 2 months back during road tax renewal.2 weeks back stone hit my windshield and a small crack was seen. Now the crack becoming bigger and bigger.Can i claim insurance for the replacement of windshiled? What is the procedure? If i claim for windshield, will it clear my NCB back to 0%? By the way, insured by tokyo marine

Looks like 1 year old. Dont know somebody lost it or what. Because it looks too healthy for a street dog. Gave him breakfast this morning. Now he is hanging out infront of my office. Im living in a terrace house. Dont know wether can bring back home or not. At the samr time im not feeling good leaving him here because weekends my office close n my house is far from my office. There are a few different theories about how these viruses got into the population. The idea that humans copulated with primates and subsequently became infected tickles the fancy of some, but this idea is not taken seriously by experts in the field! (A gorilla? Really?!)

The simplest explanation is that humans came into contact with the blood or other secretions of infected primates which is perfectly plausible since, for example, sooty mangabeys were both kept as pets and slaughtered for bushmeat in West Africa, the same region that HIV-2 is most prevalent. It would be easy for infected bodily fluids to come into contact with broken skin during the butchering process.

Given the fact that medical resources are costly, it is plausible that during immunization programs in Africa, healthcare professionals would have shared needles, providing ample opportunity to spread infection through the population. This, coupled with an increase in international travel alongside sexual promiscuity and intravenous drug use, seems a logical explanation for the emergence of HIV.

Another theory is that humans became infected from contaminated oral polio vaccines. The vaccine in question was called CHAT which required the use of living tissue for production. The idea was that the kidney cells used in the production line came from SIV infected chimps and thus a large number of people were exposed. However, this theory falls down because as we have seen, not all of the HIVs came from chimps. It’s also extremely unlikely that oral vaccines would result in transmission since, unless compromised, the mouth is a pretty good barrier to infection. Furthermore, researchers found stocks of the vaccine used and when it was tested, no traces of SIV were found. This theory has therefore largely been refuted.

TL:DR version

-because humans hunt monkeys for meat, so most probably their HIV infected blood entered hunters open wound.
-during immunisation programs in poor countries, medical professsionals might have reused needles because too expensive to throw away ( or songlap).
