Hello, just finish my contract job, I'm still searching for an engineering job that requires linear programming skill. I have chemical engineering background, so I was wondering what job requires the linear programming/optimizaiton skill?

So far, I have see petronas and exxon have, but they dont have any opening ?

Hello, I'm new to EPF/KWSP, I was wondering whether there are any method to check the EPF number online by using Identity card number? (I'm not sure whether my previous - short term work employer got help me to do this or not)

Saw this from internet today, just wondering is this true?

Technip laid-off 600 . Dpt surat last week.
Ranhil-WorleyParson KL retrenched 120 org,
Aker Solution dah laid-off 40 orng.
Petrofac-Rnz nak retrench 100.
Shell decided laid-off 200 sbb projects stop.
PETRONAS, SCOMI, UMW stop hiring....
The list is continuing. Murphy retrenched 80 people.
MMHE will discontinued contract of 800 employees.
PETRONAS is planning to do the same.
It is estimated about 7000-8000 people in Oil & Gas are currently out of job.

Fresh Chemical Engineer

I know oil and gas is in their down time, and I just get rejected by exxon. Can anyone share if there any good company are hiring chemical engineer? (preferable doing computational simulation)? Or any senior might share their opinion for a totally new fresh graduate student?

I am fresh graduate, master in chemical engineer. Recently get offer a contract position with 3k, no other allowance. So which mean I will only receive a salary of 3k. It is an oil and gas simulation company. Should I accept the offer (at the mean time, I also reply to several company, still waiting to their reply). So what should I do now?
