Advice on zero interest credit card payment

Recently, I lost my phone and I had to quickly get a smartphone for work purposes especially. I bought an OPPO phone from AEON through public bank zero interest instalment plan. The phone is around RM1k. You see, even though the 12 months payment by instalment is about rm80 something, but before I can use the credit card, I have been told that I must have at least available RM1k in my credit card (or in other words, you have not reach your credit card limit that you can still be charged for rm1k). So I bought the phone and my recipe lists the total price and mentioned about 12 month instalment.

The problem now is I could not use my credit card as I assume that for now I have reached the credit card limit thanks to authorised charge in it that still contains the full amount of smartphone price. Also, the monthly payment for the first month have not even come out yet. Is this normal? I need an advice and if the credit card still got charged for full amount, I might as well as buy the thing in full amount straight away.
