Good day everyone, im going to upgrade my monitor and these 2 looks good.
Both with 144hz,1440p and gsync.
Only difference is 27inch IPS and 32inch curve VA panel.
Can any owner give some opinion?

Salary and probation

Good evening serious k, im a diploma holder ,21. Started work november last year. The job contract stated 3 month probation. And this month (february) should count as 4th month which mean i should receive my job confirmation and salary increment.
My current salary is rm1600(probation), and i just received an email stating my job is confirmed and salary will increase to rm1800 but effective march. I know, thats low and hard to survive.
Since december, i discuss with my manager and he agree to give more job to me. (Sales admin and IT [simple banner/flyer designing]) and promise to raise my salary. So, i ask him about the email just now, he say because the boss is busy and he is trying to fight for my right. He want to see my IT project result which is next month and say will propose increment again.
Im lost, can anyone teach me what to do? Find another job or?
